Four accused who are on bail are present.
Remaining two accused Abid and Ahid produced
from JC.
Sh. Lewish Edward, Sh. Vignesh P. and Sh.
Gyanendra Singh, Ld. Counsels for accused Meena
Thekedarni.
Sh. Inder Singh, Ld. Proxy counsel for accused
Azain Khan.
Two separate applications for release of Jamatalashi
filed by accused persons i.e. Meena Thekedarni and Rashid
Pehalwal. Reply filed by IO stating that the articles mentioned in
the respective applications of accused persons are deposited in
the Malkhana and are not required for the purpose of this case,
hence, it is stated that State has no objection in releasing the
articles to the applicants Meena Thekedarni and Rashid
Pehalwal. In view of the reply filed by the IO, the articles
mentioned in the application be released to the applicants. In
view of the same, the above mentioned mobile phones are
directed to be released to the applicants i.e. Meena Thekedarni
contd.,

and Rashid Pehalwal as per rules against proper receipt and after
due verification by IO. Both the applications are disposed of
accordingly.
Counsels of some of the accused persons are not
present. At their request, put up for arguments on charge on
11.09.2025.
