Fresh Vakalatnama filed on behalf of R5. Same is
taken on record.
Perusal of the record reveals that the same counsel
had appeared on behalf of R5 on 02.04.2024 and thereafter none
has appeared on behalf of R5 and again the same counsel has
filed the fresh Vakalatnama today and seeks time to file the
written submissions. He is allowed to file the same subject to
costs of Rs. 1,000/- to be paid to the revisionist on the next date.
He is directed to file the written submissions, if any with advance
copy to the revisionist.
Ld. Counsel for R2 and R3 submits that he was in
Tis Hazari Courts and there were some online issue of network
and seeks time to tender arguments physically in the Court. Last
opportunity granted.
As per the report of police dated 27.07.2024, R4 is
not traceable.
Put up for further arguments on the instant revision
petition on 13.11.2024.
