Arguments heard at length.
It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for R2 and R3 that he
had also filed the complaint against the revisionist and other
respondents as mentioned in the present revision at PS Jagat Puri
and the IO with malafide intention had transferred the same to PS
Indirapuram, UP as the part transaction had taken place there. It
is further submitted that they have been duped of Rs. 24,90,000/-
by revisionist and her associates i.e. R4, R5 etc. On the contrary,
Ld. Counsel for the revisionist submits that none of the
documents, on which the R2 and R3 are relying are not signed by
the revisionist and they are forged documents prepared by R2 and
R3 themselves in collusion with others.
It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for R2 and R3 that he
has preferred an application u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C. against the
revisionist and other respondents for cheating and forgery being
committed against them and the same is pending before the Court
of Ms. Aayushi Saxena, Ld. JMFC-05, Shahdara, Karkardooma
Courts, Delhi, for orders on 04.02.2025.
Let SHO, Jagat Puri file a report as to what action
was taken on the complaint of complainant Rani Verma in the
present matter.
It has been reported that R4 Vishal Kaushik is not
traceable and one counsel for R5 had appeared, but now none is

appearing for him.
Ld. Counsel for revisionist submits that revisionist
had filed a complaint pertaining to the present case in April, 2022
at PS Farsh Bazar.
SHO, Farsh Bazar is also directed to file ATR on the
complaint of revisionist Arti Bali in the present matter.
Put up for further consideration on 04.03.2025.
Copy of this order be sent to SHO, Jagatpuri and
SHO, Farsh Bazar for compliance.
