In the interest of justice, one more opportunity is
granted to the defendants to file affidavit of admission and denial
of documents within twenty one days from today with an
advance copy to the opposite side.
Parties are directed to produce the original
documents on the next date of hearing.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for defendants submits
that defendant No.1 wants to withdraw the application under
Order VII Rule 11 r/w Section 151 CPC.
In view of the submissions, application under Order
VII Rule 11 r/w Section 151 CPC is hereby dismissed as
withdrawn.
Application is accordingly disposed off.
