portal of the District Court. It be checked and registered.
Present : Sh. Varun Bedi, Advocate for the Decree Holder through
video-conferencing.
Sh. Sanjay Kumar Pawar, Advocate, Proxy Counsel for
the decree holder is also present in the court physically.
Submissions of the Ld. Counsels for the DH are heard.
Case file is also perused.
It is stated by the Ld. Counsels for the DH that the
Judgment Debtor is having all his movable and immovable assets at
District Ranchi, Jharkhand, and therefore, an application u/o XXI Rule
5 & 6 r/w Section 151 CPC (I.A. No. 01/24), has been filed, for
transfer of Judgment and Decree, dated 07.12.2021 to District Ranchi,
Jharkhand, for execution, in accordance with law.
In view of the submissions of the Ld. Counsels for the
Decree Holder, and in the interest of justice, the present application is
hereby allowed.
A Transfer Certificate and Non-Satisfaction Certificate be
issued to the DH. The Decree and Judgment, dated 07.12.2021, along
with Transfer Certificate and Non-Satisfaction Certificate be sent to
the Court of Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge, District Ranchi,
Jharkhand, for execution, in accordance with law.

It is ordered accordingly.
I.A. No. 01/24 is disposed off accordingly.
