Further cross-examination of recalled PW1: Sh. Mohammad Zafar Ahsan has been concluded. He is discharged. Petitioner is directed to file copy of income tax return with respect to year earlier to the date of accident. An application has been moved on behalf of petitioner seeking directions for assessment of permanent disability. Heard. Considering the facts and circumstances, the application is allowed. Accordingly, Medical Superintendent, GTB Hospital, Delhi, is requested to constitute a medical board for evaluation of nature and extent of disability of the petitioner namely Mohammad Zafar Ahsan and submit report in this court on or before next date of hearing. Separate order in specified format (Form J) be -- 1 of 2 -- -2- sent to the Medical Superintendent, GTB Hospital, Delhi, to do the needful in time bound manner. The petitioner is directed to approach MS of the hospital within 10 days for assessment. Another application has been moved on behalf of the petitioner for summoning the witnesses. Heard. The application is allowed and the witness be summoned as per the application on filing of PF. Put up for PE on 03.09.2026. Copy of this order be sent to MS of the hospital for compliance.
