on last date has stated that she has not been asked/authorized to
appear in this matter.
It is noted that applicant has not joined the
investigation despite being grant of 2 – 3 opportunities for the
same. Even none has appeared on behalf of applicant/accused
today. It appears that applicant is not interested in pursuing the
