Present: Sh. Chander Mohan, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff
no.1 and LRs of plaintiff no.2 (Plaintiff no.2 stated
to have expired).
Mohd. Zahid, Ld. Counsel for proposed LRs of
defendant namely Ms. Kiran Bala, Ms. Pooja Rani
and Ms. Preeti
PW2 Ankit Uttam is present for his cross
examination. Cross examination of PW2 concluded. Witness is
discharged, however, witness/PW2 is directed to produce the
certified copy of bank statement of plaintiffs bank accounts for
the period of August, 2020 to November, 2020 within six weeks
with an advance copy to Ld. Counsel for LRs of defendant.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits that no other
plaintiff witness is required to be examined in the present matter
and therefore, plaintiff evidence be closed.
Separate statement of SPA holder who is one of the
LR of plaintiff recorded.
In view of the submission, plaintiff evidence is
hereby closed.
Matter is now listed for defence evidence. The defendant is
directed to file evidence affidavits of defendant witnesses within
six weeks from today with an advance copy to plaintiff.
