As Adv. Sh. Sudhanshu Sharma is appearing for the
petitioner, fresh vakalatnama filed on behalf of petitioner, accordingly,
the vakalatnama of previous counsel is withdrawn.
In the present matter issue of limitation is involved. As
Hon’ble Supreme Court is seized of the matter and Hon’ble Supreme
Court in its order dated 16.12.2025 has been pleased to state that the
pendency of claim petition would not come in the way of matter being
taken up by the Tribunal except at the final decision/passing of
judgment.
In view of order of Hon’ble Supreme Court, Tribunal is
prima facie of the opinion that notice can be issued.
Petitioner is directed to comply Rule 8 (2) (b) of Delhi
MACT Rules, 2008.
