Defendant has been served through his son on 18.09.2024.
Neither any WS nor any application seeking condonation of delay in
filing WS has been filed so far.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for defendant has filed an
application u/s 151 CPC for providing legible and complete copy of
plaint. Same be taken on record. Copy supplied.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for plaintiff has supplied the copy
of complete paper-book to Ld. Counsel for defendant. Defendant is
directed to file WS within stipulated period with advance copy to the
opposite party. Accordingly, the aforesaid application is disposed of.
In the meantime, in order to preserve the suit property and
to avoid the multiplicity of litigation, parties are directed to maintain
status quo with respect to the ownership as well as possession of the
suit property bearing no.61-G, Block R, LIG Flat, Dilshad Gard,
Delhi 110095, till next date of hearing.
At request, matter is adjourned.
