Present: None for plaintiff
Defendant No.1 Mewa and D-4 Rinku are in person
also appearing for D-2 Kamal, D-3, D-5 and D-6.
As per the report of the Process Server, D-1 and D-2
have been duly served through affixation on 29.07.2025.
D-4 has been duly served through her father-in-law
namely Kirpal Singh on 04.08.2025.
D-6 could not be served due to incomplete address.
No report qua D-3, D-5, D-7 to D-13 has been received back. Be
awaited.
D-1 and D-4 accepts summons on their behalf as
well as on behalf of D-2, D-3, D-5 and D-6. They further submit
that they need some time to approach DLSA, Shahdara District,
KKD Courts, Delhi for appointment of Legal Aid Counsel.
In the meantime, let fresh summons of the present
suit and notice of the application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and
2 r/w Section 151 CPC be issued upon defendants No.7 to 13
through the concerned Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge,
on filing of PF/RC, returnable for the next date of hearing.
Dasti summons/notice be also given.
In case of refusal/non-availability/lock, service be
affected by affixation of summons at the address of the
defendants.

D-1 to D-6 are directed to file WS, affidavits of
admission and denial of documents and reply to the application
under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 r/w Section 151 CPC within
30 days from today with an advance copy to plaintiff.
Put up for appearance of D-7 to D-13, compliance,
completiton of pleadings and reply and arguments on the
application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 r/w Section 151
CPC on 23.12.2025.
