D-1 and D-4 submits that they are also appearing for
D-2, D-3, D-5 and D-6. They further submit that D-2, D-3, D-5
and D-6 shall file their WS on or before the next date of hearing.
WS and reply to the application under Order
XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 r/w Section 151 CPC on behalf of D-1 and
D-4 filed along with authority letter. Copy supplied.
Plaintiff has not filed PF in compliance with the
order dated 02.09.2025. Plaintiff is directed to be diligent in
future. Plaintiff is directed to file PF in compliance with the order
dated 02.09.2025 within seven working days.
Upon filing of PF/RC, issue summons of the present suit and
notice of the application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 r/w
Section 151 CPC upon defendants No.7 to 13 through the
concerned Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge, returnable for
the next date of hearing.

In case of refusal/non-availability/lock, service be
affected by affixation of summons/notice at the addresses of the
defendants No.7 to 13.
Dasti summons/notice be also given.
Put up for appearance of D-7 to D-13, compliance,

application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 r/w Section 151
CPC on 09.04.2026.
