Sh. Pradeep Kumar submits that revisionist had
appeared in 7 semesters, out of which he had cleared only 3
semesters and in 4 semesters, he had a back and as such out of total
10 semesters, he had passed only in 3 semesters.
On the contrary, Ld. Counsel for revisionist submits
that he has procured the documents that revisionist had cleared all
the 10 semesters. He has filed a document that Sh. B Acharya,
Director has given a certificate that revisionist has passed all the 10
semesters of BA, LLB. Course.
Sh. Pradeep Kumar submits that these documents do
not appear to be genuine and he will get it verified. Copy of the
same supplied to him, who is directed to file report regarding these
documents as well as number of semesters passed by revisionist.
