Professor Dr. Shamim Ahmad has appeared and
submits that he is the Director in Translam Institute of
Pharmaceutical Education & Research, Meerut, UP and he has no
concern with Translam College of Law, whose Director is Dr. K
P Singh.
Sh. Pradeep Kumar, Secretary in the Translam
College of Law, CCS University, Meerut, has appeared on behalf
of Director/Principal Dr. K P Singh, who is on long leave due to
personal reason and currently, Sh. Pradeep Kumar, Secretary is
looking after the affairs of said college and he has produced one
letter issued by Sh. Prashant Jain, President, College Governing
Body, Translam College of Law, Meerut UP in this regard.
It is submitted by Sh. Pradeep Kumar that there is
no record of the revisionist regarding completion of his LLB
from above said college.

Ld. Counsel for revisionist has provided one
document issued by Principal of said college that revisionist had
completed his LLB in 2013.
Sh. Pradeep Kumar, Secretary submits that he will
verify the record and make the submissions on NDOH.
