IO/Insp. Proshun not present despite service. However,
an intimation has been given to the Naib Court that he could not
appear before this court as his sister has recently passed away.
Exemption is granted for today. Notice be issued afresh to him
for NDOH.
Perusal of record reveals that IO/SHO was directed to
file requisite FSL reports as per law today.
However, it has been submitted on behalf of IO that
due to demise of his sister, the requisite FSL analysis report could
not be collected from FSL concerned.
In view of the above, SHO concerned is directed to
delegate some other responsible officer to collect the FSL analysis
from FSL concerned and same be filed before this court in
accordance with law positively on or before NDOH.
Otherwise, this matter is fixed for further PE.
PW/Madhu and PW/ASI Sanjay Nagar are present.
Hwoever, they are discharged unexamined for want fo case

property /FSL report. Let, these witnesses be summoned afresh
for NDOH.
Put up this matter for purpose fixed on 27.05.2024.
