Today this matter is fixed for PE.
PWs i.e. Madhu and ASI Sanjay Nagar are present,
however, they are discharged unexamined for today due to want
of case property. Let they be summoned afresh for NDOH.
MHC(M) present in the court has submitted that the
case property i.e. clothes of deceased were sent for analysis to
FSL concerned in the month of July 2023. However, so far no
report has been received.
In view of the above, IO/SHO is directed to
immediately follow up the analysis report of case property
with FSL concerned and also file a priority letter in this
regard through DCP concerned, in case report is not ready.
Also, in case the report is not ready and is not likely to be
filed anytime soon, then a tentative date be obtained from
FSL concerned by which the said report is likely to be ready
in the present case, so that this case can be expedited.

Director, FSL concerned is directed to co-operate
with IO/SHO in this regard.
Copy of this order be sent to Director, FSL
concerned as well as IO/SHO concerned for information and
necessary compliance.
Put up this matter for filing of FSL report/further PE
on 19.03.2024.
Issue notice to IO to appear in person before this
court on NDOH.
