However, accused could not be released as he failed to arrange the surety. It
is submitted that accused belongs to a very poor family and he is unable to
arrange surety for an amount of Rs.50,000/-. The accused is in custody for
about 05 months despite the bail order for want of surety to the tune of Rs.
50,000/-, hence in the interest of justice the surety amount is reduced to Rs.
25,000/- on the same terms and conditions of bail order dated 23.02.2026.
Further, after considering the financial condition of accused the fine amount
(forfeit of earlier bail bond/surety bond) of Rs. 20,000/- which was imposed
upon accused on the aforesaid bail order is also reduced to Rs. 10,000/-
However, this order of reduction of surety amount from Rs.
50,000/- to Rs. 25,000/- shall be effected only after deposit of fine amount
(forfeit of earlier bail bond/surety bond) of Rs. 10,000/- which was imposed
upon accused vide bail order dated 23.02.2026.
