18.03.2025, Shahdara Bar Association (Regd.)].
In the interest of justice, no adverse order is being passed today.
Present: Petitioners in person with ld. Counsel Sh. Anil Nitin.
Counsel for the petitioners has moved an application to withdraw the
present petition and also for release of original Will dated 23.02.2023 to the
petitioners.
Arguments on the aforesaid application heard.
Perusal of record shows that the respondents are yet to be served in the
present matter.
Thus, in view of the contents of the application, same stands disposed
off as allowed.
Joint statement of both the petitioners, to this effect, is recorded.
Accordingly, present petition stands disposed off as withdrawn.
Let the original Will dated 23.02.2023 filed on record by the
petitioners be returned back to the petitioners, as per rules, after retaining
certified copy of the same.
