Present: Sh. Ashok Mahajan, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff along
with attorney of the plaintiff namely Sh. Praveen
Kumar.
Ms. Sneh Lata Sharma, proxy counsel for the defendants.
The matter is fixed for entire evidence of the defendants
and also for payment of the costs of Rs. 10,000/- by the defendants to the
plaintiff. But, today, the proxy counsel for the defendants has appeared
and seeks adjournment on the ground that the defendant no. 2 namely Sh.
Pramod Kumar is suffering from lose motion, so, he could not come. The
adjournment sought by the proxy counsel for the defendants is
vehemently opposed by the Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff, who has
submitted that proxy counsel for the defendants did not file any medical
document to fortify such contention and submitted that defendants and
their counsel are adopting delaying tactics.
So, taking into consideration the submissions made by the
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff and since the proxy counsel for the
defendants did not file any medical document to fortify such contention,
so, the defendants are burdened with the another cost of Rs. 10,000/- to
be paid by the defendants to the plaintiff and another last and final
opportunity is granted to defendants to conclude their entire evidence on
the next date of hearing.
Matter stands adjourned for entire payment of the costs of
Rs. 20,000/- by the defendants to the plaintiff and also for entire evidence
of the defendants.
To come up on 09.07.2026.
