Present : Sh. Ashok Mahajan, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff alongwith Attorney of
plaintiff Sh. Praveen Kumar.
Sh. Sachin Singh, Proxy Counsel for the defendants.
The matter is fixed for evidence of the plaintiff. Today, attorney plaintiff
has appeared alongwith the counsel for the plaintiff. Copy of affidavit of attorney of the
plaintiff and certificate u/s 63 of BSA have already been filed in the Court. The copies
thereof have already been supplied to the counsel for the defendants. Today, the proxy
counsel for the defendants has admitted to have received the copies thereof. Let, the
attorney of the plaintiff be examined. Accordingly, examination-in-chief of attorney of
plaintiff (PW-1) has been recorded. Proxy counsel for the defendants seeks adjournment
on the ground that main counsel for the defendant is not available today, as yesterday
night he had attended the marriage of his colleague advocate. Adjournment sought by the
proxy counsel for the defendants is not opposed by the Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff. In
the interest of justice, last and final opportunity is granted to the the defendants to cross-
examine the PW-1, on the next date of hearing.
