Attorney of the plaintiff namely Sh. Praveen Kumar.

Counsels for the defendants.
The matter is fixed for service of the summons to the
defendants. Summons issued to the defendants are not received
back. Today on calling the case, Attorney of the plaintiff has
appeared along with Counsel and Sh. Rakshit Singh, Advocate has
appeared on behalf of the defendants and filed memo of appearance
and submitted that defendants have told him that they had received
the summons on email and whatsapp only on dated 30.09.2024, and
the files received by them are corrupt, so the plaintiff may be
directed to supply the hard copies of complete set of documents, so
that the written statement, statement of truth and affidavit of
admission/denial may be filed by the defendants on the next date of
hearing.
On this counsel for the plaintiff has supplied the
complete set of (hard copies) the documents to Ld. Counsel for the
defendants.
Accordingly, matter stands adjourned for filing of the
written statement, statement of truth and affidavit of
admission/denial.

The defendants are directed file of the written
statement, statement of truth, affidavit of admission/denial within 30
days from the date of their service.
