Fresh Execution Petition is received on assignment through e-filing
portal of the District Court. It be checked and registered.
Present : Decree Holder in person with counsel Sh. Deepak Kalra,
Advocate.
Sh. Jatin Malhotra, Advocate for the JD through
video-conferencing.
The Ld. Counsel for the JD has accepted the notice of the
present execution petition. A copy of the present execution petition
has been served upon the Ld. Counsel for the JD, by electronic modes,
through whats-app messenger, as well as through e-mail.
It was reported by the Ld. Counsel for the JD in the
morning session, at the time of first call, that the JD shall hand over
the keys of the suit premises, to the DH, in the Court today. On his
request, the matter has been kept pending. But, none has appeared on
behalf of the JD, thereafter, despite repeated calls.
In these circumstances, issue Warrants of Possession
against the JD, for the suit property, i.e. C-4/6, Block-C, Plot No. 6,
Krishna Nagar, Delhi – 110 051, as shown in red in the site plan Ex.
D1, on filing of PF, for the next date of hearing.
The Decree Holder is directed to appear before the Ld.
ACJ, for appointment of Bailiff, on 20.08.2024, and to report before
this Court, on 30.08.2024.
