At this stage, Ld. Counsels for the parties jointly submit
that pleadings are complete and issues may be framed. Heard.

Since, pleadings are complete. From the pleadings of
parties, following issues are framed:-
1. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to the decree of
declaration, as prayed for? OPP
2. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to the decree of
mandatory injunction as prayed for ? OPP
3. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to the decree of
permanent injunction, as prayed for ? OPP
4. Whether the suit is bad for mis-joinder of parties as
claimed? OPD1&2
5. Whether the plaintiff has not valued the suit properly
and insufficient court fees has been paid, as claimed?

6. Whether the plaintiff has admitted that D1 is the
owner of the suit property by virtue of mediation
settlement agreement dated 11.06.2013 as claimed?

7. Relief.
No other issue arises or is pressed for. List of witnesses be
filed by both the parties within 15 days. Advance copy of evidence
affidavits be supplied to the defendant atleast ten days before next
date of hearing.
Put up for PE on 14.01.2027. NDOH is given as per
convenience of the Ld. Counsels for the parties.
