Today, matter is listed for payment of cost and
further proceedings.
Cost paid in terms of order dated 22.05.2025 passed
by Hon’ble Delhi High Court.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for defendant has filed
application u/s 151 CPC for filing additional documents. Same
be taken on record. Copy supplied.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for defendant submits that
he does not wish to pursue the aforesaid application and wants
to withdraw the same with liberty to file it afresh under the
correct provisions of law. Heard.
In view of the above submissions, the application u/s
151 CPC is disposed of as withdrawn. He is at liberty to
proceed as per law.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for plaintiff seeks time to
go through the WS in order to file replication. Heard.
Replication, if any, be filed within four weeks with
advance copy to the opposite party.
Matter be listed for replication, if any, admission-
denial of documents and framing of issues on 13.11.2025.
Parties are directed to file affidavit of admission-denial of
documents and proposed issues on or before NDOH. Advance
copy of the same be exchanged with each other ten days prior
to next date of hearing.
