Ld. Counsel for Defendant submits that there were delay
of 17 days.
Ld. Counsel for Plaintiff submits that he has no objection
if the delay is condoned however with costs.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay in filing
the written statement is hereby condoned subject to costs of Rs.1,000/-,
which shall be paid by the Defendant to the Plaintiff. Written statement
is taken on record. Thus, the said application is disposed off.
Replication be filed by Plaintiff within 02 weeks with copy
to other side.
Put up for completion of pleadings, filing of affidavit
regarding admission-denial of documents and for framing of issues on
02.05.2025.
