Order Details: COPY OF ORDER Pdf Text: 7 CS (COMM) 405/24 Surender Singh Vs. Pushpa Giri 07.01.2025 Present: Plaintiff with Ld. Counsels Sh. Abhishek Rana and Sh. Deepak Verma. Defendant with Ld. LAC Sh. Pradeep Kumar Shukla alongwith Sh. Yuvan Raj Gandhi, Advocate. The matter is fixed for evidence of the plaintiff. Today, the plaintiff has appeared alongwith Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff and he has submitted that advance copy of affidavit has already been supplied to the Ld. LAC for the defendant. Let, the plaintiff be examined. Accordingly, examination-in-chief of plaintiff (PW-1) has been recorded and he has been partly cross-examined till 1.00 p.m. At this stage, Ld. LAC for the defendant has submitted that since this witness has stated that he can produce the ledger and balance sheet regarding the transactions done by him during the period since April, 2020 to March, 2021 so, his further cross-examination may be deferred and this witness may be directed to produce the same. So, further cross-examination of this witness is deferred. He is directed to produce the said records on the next date of hearing.
