The matter is fixed for evidence of the plaintiff. PW-2 was earlier bound
down. Sh. Mukesh Meena (PW-2) (summoned witness) has appeared and he has also
brought the certificate u/s 63 of BSA. His further examination-in-chief has been recorded
and he has been cross examined by the Ld. Legal Aid Counsel for the defendant. His
cross examination is concluded. Thereafter, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has submitted
that the plaintiff does not want to examine any other witness in the present case and
prayed for closing the evidence of the plaintiff. Separate statement of counsel for the
plaintiff has been recorded to this effect. In view of statement of counsel for the
plaintiff recorded today in the court, the evidence of the plaintiff stands closed.
Accordingly, matter is ordered to be listed for evidence of the defendant.
The defendant is directed to file affidavits of all the witnesses in the court at least one
week prior to the next date of hearing and to supply advance copies thereof to the the
plaintiff or his counsel in similar fashion. To come up on 18.12.2025.
