summoned a witness from GST Department and Sh. Mukesh Meena, Statistical
Assistant, from GST Department has appeared alongwith the record and other
documents. Let, this witness be examined. Accordingly, part examination-in-chief of
this witness has been recorded as PW-2. Thereafter, the Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has
submitted that this witness did not bring the certificate u/s 63 of BSA, so, his further
examination-in-chief may be deferred and this witness may be bound down for next date
of hearing. Accordingly further examination-in-chief of this witness is deferred for
want of certificate u/s 63 of BSA. Sh. Mukesh Meena, Statistical Assistant, from GST
Department is bound down for next date of hearing.
