Counsel for the DH through VC. None for the DH. The matter is fixed for waiting the reports on the warrant of arrest issued against the JD on all the addresses. But, the warrant of arrest issued against the JD are received back with the reports unexucted. Today on calling the case, Ld. Counsel for the DH has appeared through VC and has submitted that fresh warrant of arrest may be issued against the JD on his address i.e. X-1249, Gali No.1, Rajgarh Colony, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi-31, as this is the permanent address of the JD. In view of the request made by the counsel for the DH, fresh warrant of arrest are ordered to be issued against the JD on the above mentioned addresses, on taking of steps by the DH within one week from today. Same are ordered to be executed by the ACP concerned and the ACP concerned is directed to ensure that repeated efforts are made for executing the warrants of arrest against the JD. Matter stands adjourned for waiting the report on the warrant of arrest to be issued against the JD and also for payment of amount under execution by the JD to the DH.
