None for the JD.
The matter is fixed for awaiting the report on the warrants of arrest issued
against the JD on all the addresses. The warrants of arrest issued against the JD on all the
addresses are not received back. Today despite of repeated calls on calling the case, no one
has appeared on behalf of any of the parties. Fresh warrants of arrest are ordered to be
issued against the JD on all the addresses available on the record, on taking of steps by the
DH within four days from today. The warrants of arrest to be issued against the JD are
ordered to be executed by the ACP concerned, which are returnable on 13.10.2025.

At this stage, Constable Vinod Kumar, No. 1156, SHD has appeared and filed the
report on the warrant of arrest issued against the JD alongwith copy of photographs on all
the three addresses which reveals that warrant of arrest could not be executed. Since the
matter has already been adjourned for 13.10.2025, so, fresh warrants of arrest are ordered to
be executed by the ACP concerned and he will ensure the execution of warrant of arrest to
be issued against the JD, as the police officials are not repeatedly visiting the places of
residence of the JD for execution of warrants of arrest.
