Counsel for the Decree Holder (through VC) Judgment Debtor appeared through VC. The matter is fixed for apprising to the court about the entire payment by the JD to the DH Bank and also for hearing argument on the application filed by the JD for waiving the cost. Today, JD has appeared through VC and submitted that yesterday JD had deposited the cheque of Rs.6,00,000/- dated 03.06.2025 in the recovery branch of DH bank (circle office SHASTRA). Ld. Counsel for the Decree Holder has submitted that it may take time in the encashment of the said cheque and submitted that the matter may be adjourned for some other day, so that, he may apprise to the court about the encashment of the said cheque. Accordingly, the matter is ordered to be listed for personal appearance of the parties and for apprising to the court for encashment of the said cheque and also for hearing arguments on the application filed by the JD for waiving of cost.
