Present: Sh. Devendra Saran Saxena, Ld. Counsel for DH through VC.
Sh. Rahul Bhagat, Ld. Counsel for JD is present in another
matter PNB vs. Karan Babbar and he has stated that he be
discharged from the present case.
Sh. Prince Babbar, Nephew of JD also appeared in the case titled
as PNB vs. Karan Babbar.
As per the report, Sh. Prince Babbar was found at the
address/spot when warrant of attachment of movable goods were attempted
to be executed in the present case and the premises was found locked.
Despite direction of the Court that in case, premises is found locked then the
bailiff shall be within his power to break open the lock, the lock was not
break opened by the bailiff.
Ld. counsel for DH seeks time to move appropriate application
as he submits that the JD is residing at the given address only and she has
furnished her affidavit in other case, that she is residing of the said address.
Let appropriate application be moved along with the relevant
documents.
