An application under Order I Rule 10 r/w Section
151 CPC filed for impleading Sh. Phool Kumar, husband of
petitioner as R-8 in the present petition.
It is stated in the application that Sh. Phool Kumar is
one of the LR of Smt. Vidhya Devi W/o late Sh. Jai Prakash and
he is necessary party to the present petition.
Application and file perused.
In view of the contentions made in the application
and considering the fact that Sh. Phool Kumar is one of the LR of
deceased Smt. Vidhay Devi and he is a necessary party to the
present suit because the issue involved in the present petition
cannot be effectively adjudicated in his absence, therefore, Sh.
Phool Kumar is impleaded as R-8.
Application stands disposed of.
Amended memo of parties is taken on record.
File perused.
Issue notice of the present petition upon respondents
on filing of PF/RC, returnable for the NDOH.

Let citation be also published in the newspaper “The
Statesman, NCR Edition” and in “Rashtriya Sahara, NCR
Edition”.
Citation be also affixed on the notice board of the
court as well as notice board of the SDM concerned in whose
jurisdiction property is situated.
Concerned SDM is also directed to file report qua
the valuation of the suit property as per market rate as well as
status report of LRs of deceased namely Smt. Vidhya Devi W/o
late Sh. Jai Prakash.
Petitioner is also directed to file valuation report of
an authorized valuer in respect to property in question as per its
market value on or before the NDOH.
PF be filed within 05 days from today.
Dasti summons be also issued.
Put up for date already fixed i.e. 06.11.2024.
