Application filed U/s 389 Cr.PC stands allowed. Appellant is admitted on bail on furnishing of B/B and S/B for sum of Rs. 50,000/- each to the satisfaction of Ld. Trial Court/Ld. Duty MM. Also heard the submission on behalf of the appellant regarding prayer for suspension of sentence during the pendency of appeal. The order on sentence dated 11.04.2023 is suspended during the pendency of appeal. Application filed U/s 389 Cr.PC stands disposed off.
