along with respondent.
An exemption application has been filed on behalf of the
appellant Mohd. Adil Zaidi on the ground that he suffered an accident
with multiple injuries, but there is no mention of any hospital in the
same and on the last date of hearing also, the appellant had taken the
similar plea through his counsel, but he appeared at 12.05 PM, which
shows that he is making false claim before the court regarding the
accident and that he is unable to move since on the last 2 months have
elapsed. Ld. Counsel for the appellant submits that he met with an
accident on the last night and undertakes to submit the medical
documents today itself and same may be verified.
Appellant is directed to appear in person on the next
date of hearing.
TCR has not been summoned. Let TCR be called from
the Trial Court as on the last few dates, TCR was called, but not
sent.
Put up for further consideration/orders on 27.04.2024.
