Both accused are absent.
Both accused have not appeared despite several calls since
morning. One counsel (Proxy) had appeared during the first call and
thereafter none has appeared for/on behalf of the accused persons despite
repeated calls.
Bail bond of both accused (Indarjeet and Brijesh) stand
forfeited. Issue NBW against both accused persons and notice u/s 446 Cr.
P.C against their sureties returnable on 20.02.2025.

both the accused are exempted for today and order (w.r.t issuance of
NBWs) is hereby recalled.
Be put up for PE on 21.04.2025. Date already fixed
stands canceled. Two witnesses (i.e. LW1 and LW2) be summoned
for said date.
