1. Ld. Counsel for appellant/applicant has submitted that the
present matter is fixed for arguments on 05.12.2025; that her daughter
has recently married and is shifting to United States of America,
therefore, the she (Ld. Counsel) will be travelling alongwith her
daughter to United States of America on 04.12.2025 and will return in
first week of January, 2026, therefore, she requests that the date may
be postponed and date in the first week of January, 2026 may be fixed.
2. Ld. Counsel for respondent no. 2/non-applicant has
submitted that in view of the submissions of Ld. Counsel for
appellant/applicant, he has no objection if the date is postponed.
3. Submissions heard. Record perused. In view of the
aforesaid submissions and considering the request of the Ld. Counsel
for appellant/applicant, the date in the present matter is postponed to
06.01.2026. The date already fixed in the present matter i.e.
05.12.2025 is hereby, cancelled.
4. The application stands disposed of.
