Present: Ms. Farmeena, Ld. Counsel for appellant. Fresh v/n
filed (same is taken on record).
Proprietor of appellant present through VC.
Repsondent in person.
Today, this matter is fixed for recording statement of
both parties w.r.t. settlement/FP.
However, respondent has submitted that he has
received DD bearing no.241981 drawn on Union Bank of India
dated 09.09.2024 in favour of Anshul Gupta for an amount of
Rs.36,000/-, which was furnished by the appellant in compliance of
orders of this court and the date of said DD has already expired and
also the same has been drawn in the name of Anshul Gupta instead
of M/s Shri Jee Trading Company. Thus, it has been prayed that
the fresh DD may be issued in favour of respondent firm.
Ld. Counsel for appellant, upon instructions from the
proprietor of appellant, has undertaken to make the payment of
Rs.36,000/- to respondent firm within a week either by way of
online transfer or through a fresh DD or in cash. Separate
statement of Ld. Counsel for appellant has been recorded to the
said effect.

Appellant is directed to make the payment of
Rs.36,000/- to respondent firm within a week either by way of

payment is made through DD, then the same be drawn in the
favour of respondent firm.
At request, put up this appeal for verification of
payment/ recording of statement of parties/disposal of pending
appeal on 20.05.2025.
