PW1 Virender partly examined-in-chief and further
examination-in-chief is deferred as pendrive is run on the system of
the Court and it is not forwarding and running slowly, which will take
considerable time and Ld. Addl. PP has additional duty in another
court.
IO/ASI Vaibhav Kumar be summoned through SHO
concerned with directions to note down the relevant time pertaining to
the offence and he may take help of complainant.
PW Virender submits that associates of accused persons
are extending threat to turn hostile in the Court. SHO PS Harsh Vihar
is directed to look into the issue and provide necessary security to the
witness Virender as required till his examination.
PW Virender is bound down for the next date.
Put up for PE on 31.10.2025.
Copy of this order be sent to the IO and SHO, PS Harsh
Vihar.
