behalf of plaintiff no. 1 and 2.
Plaintiffs are directed to supply the above documents to
the defendant no. 2.
Since none has appeared on behalf of defendant no. 1
and 3, the defendant no. 1 and 3 are hereby proceeded
ex parte.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that in para no. 4
of their plaint, they have specifically mentioned that one of their
sisters Gayatri Devi has expired on 19.04.2021 and her husband, one
daughter and one son also expired and only one of her daughter Ms.
Tanu Vikas Singh is alive and she has already executed
relinquishment deed in favour of plaintiff no. 1, therefore, she is not
made a party in the present suit.
Ld. Counsel for LRs of defendant no. 2 submits that
they will lead arguments on court fees and seeks time to file
authorities in support of their case.
