1. This Court has heard the Ld. Counsel, on appeal U/s. 374
Cr.P.C. for setting aside the impugned judgment dated 13.05.2024 and
order on sentence dated 17.05.2024 passed by Sh. Anmol Nohria, Ld.
MM, NI Act/ Shahdara, KKD Courts, Delhi.
2. It is submitted that an application U/s 389 Cr.PC for
suspension of sentence on behalf of appellant/ convict is also annexed
with the present petition.
Submissions heard. Record perused.
Appellant is admitted to bail on her furnishing of
personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like
amount to the satisfaction of Ld. Trial Court.
3. Execution of sentence of the convict/ appellant is hereby,
suspended during the pendency of appeal subject to deposit of 20% of
compensation/fine amount within a period of 60 days from today
u/Sec. 148 of NI Act, before Ld. Trial Court.

4. Issue notice of this appeal to the respondent on filing of
PF/RC returnable on NDOH.
5. Put up for arguments on appeal on 10.09.2024. Trial
Court record be requisitioned 02 days prior to NDOH.
Copy of this order be sent to concerned Ld. Trial Court
and be also given dasti to appellant/ her counsel.
