An application under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC to implead
‘Ms. Priyanka and Sh. Ankit’ as ‘Defendant no. 4 and 5’ respectively is
pending for disposal.
As per the process server report, both the proposed
defendants served on 26.06.2025. However, none has appeared for the
proposed defendants.
Reply to said application be filed by proposed Defendants
within 04 weeks with copy to other side.
An application under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC along with
amended memo of parties and amended plaint filed by the plaintiff.
Copy supplied.

It is jointly submitted that there are chances of settlement
between the parties and matter may be referred to the Mediation center.
Defendant no.1 submits that Defendants no. 2 and 3 are his
sons and he is also in contact of proposed defendants no. 4 and 5. He
ensures appearance of other defendants /proposed defendants before the
Mediation center.

As such, matter is referred before the Mediation center for
exploring possibilities of settlement between the parties.
Parties are directed to appear before Ld. Judge Incharge,
Mediation center on 16.07.2025 at 2.00 PM.
Put up for report on settlement on 10.10.2025.
