Ms. Payal Gupta, Ld. Amicus Curiae accused Prahlad @
Gaurav.
1. PW- SI Nitin has been examined as PW-6. He has been
cross-examined and discharged.
2. No other PW is present today.
3. Summon sent to Ct. Yashvir received back with report
that he could not appear today since he is on earned leaves from
11.12.2024 to 22.12.2024.
4. Perusal of the record reveals that accused Shariq had
moved an application under Section 320 Cr.P.C for compounding of
the present matter qua him and notice of that application was sent to
the complainant/victim for today. Perusal of the report on notice
reveals that complainant is served for today. However, he is absent
despite service.
5. Ld. Counsel for accused Shariq requests for listing the
matter before upcoming Lok Adalat for compounding of the present
matter qua accused Shariq who has been charged only for an offence
punishable u/s. 411 IPC.
Submissions heard. Record perused.

6. File be put up before upcoming Lok Adalat to be held on
14.12.2024. A notice be issued to complainant/victim for 14.12.2024.
7. Put up for remaining PE on 15.02.2025.
8. Ahlmad is directed to send the file complete in all respect
to Lok Adalat for 14.12.2024.
