Prahlad @ Gaurav through VC.
Sh. Vipin Kumar Sharma, Ld. Counsel for the accused
Sharik.
Sh. Shivam surety of accused is present alongwith Ld.
Counsel Sh. Kanhaiya Lal.
1. An application for discharge of applicant/ surety Shivam
of accused Prahlad @ Gaurav and for issuing direction to release RC
of the surety is filed on behalf of the accused Prahlad @ Gaurav.
2. It is submitted by surety Shivam that he has lost his
control over accused Prahlad @ Gaurav; that accused Prahlad @
Gaurav has not mended his ways and is still indulged in criminal
activities.
3. Submissions heard. Record perused.
4. Accordingly, bail bond of accused Prahlad @ Gaurav
cancelled. Surety discharged, original documents of surety, if any, be
released after verification of his/ her identity and against receipt/
acknowledgment.

5. PW HC Jaygovind Kushwaha has been partly examined
in chief as PW-4. His further examination in chief is deferred at the
request of Ld. Addl. PP for want of case property.
No other PW is present today.
6. Put up for PE on 07.11.2024. PWs HC Adesh, HC Veer
Singh and Ct. Jai Govind be summoned for the NDOH.
