Nominal Roll/Conduct Report of the convict filed by the concerned Jail Superintendent, copy of the same be supplied to the Ld. Amicus Curiae for the convict. Perusal of the report reveals that overall conduct of the convict is reported to be ‘Satisfactory’ and it is reported that no punishment is registered against the convict. 2. The convict has submitted that although he was granted bail in the present case, he remained outside judicial custody for only about three months; that thereafter, he was lodged in judicial custody from 14.06.2020 onwards, having been arrested in another false case registered vide FIR No. 254/2020, PS Farsh Bazar. It is, therefore, prayed that since he remained substantially in judicial custody despite being granted bail in the present case, the period of such custody may also be considered and counted towards the present case. 3.
