Issue notice of the revision petition to the respondents
on filing of PF/RC/Courier returnable on 29.05.2024 when the case
before the ld. trial court is already fixed.
Ld. counsel for the revisionist submits that the
proceedings before the ld. trial cout be stayed as without which the
whole purpose of the present petition would frustrate.
Considering the submissions of ld. counsel and record,
the proceedings as pending before the ld. trial court are hereby stayed
till the next date of hearing.
As prayed notice of the application for condonation of
delay and the revision petition also be given dasti to the petitioner/his
counsel to be served upon the respondents in the ld. trial court itself.
The matter shall be taken up here on 29.05.2024 at
2.00 p.m.
