is settled for a full and final settlement of Rs.4.5 lakhs with the
JD. He further states, on instructions, that DH has received the
said payment and he, on behalf of the DH, may be allowed to
withdraw the present execution petition as settled.

In view of the statement recorded by counsel for
DH, present execution petition is allowed to be withdrawn as
