Ld. counsel for respondent no.3 submits that written
statement already filed. Ld. counsel for respondents no.1&2 seeks
time to file written statement.
It is submitted by Ld. counsel for respondent no.3 that
on 25.05.2026, it was the submission on behalf of petitioner that the
facts of the case was that it was a case of 307 IPC, however charge-
sheet has been filed U/S 279/337 IPC, however inadvertently it has
been mentioned that this submission was made by respondent no.3.
For clarification IO was summoned, however request
has been received from the IO that he is busy in BRICS Summit. Be
that as it may.

The petitioner has filed copy of complaints dated
27.08.222 and 20.07.2022 preferred by the petitioner to higher
authorities in which allegations against the IO has been levelled.
Same are taken on record.
On PF issue notice to the worthy DCP to file a report on
the complaint made by the petitioner. Along with PF copy of
complaints and today’s order be also annexed.
Put up for further proceedings on 22.10.2026.
