respondent/insurance co. as well as IO for clarification.
It may be mentioned that as per respondent no.3 no legal
offer has been filed. As per respondent no.3 the facts of the case indicate
that it was a case of 307 IPC, however as per copy of charge-sheet which
has been filed along with DAR respondent no.1 has been charge-sheeted
for the offence U/S 279/337 IPC.
Put up for further proceedings on 03.09.2026.
