Vide separate judgment, the suit of the plaintiff Bank is hereby
decreed in its favour and against the defendant for a principal amount of
Rs.5,07,308.60/- towards the loan account bearing no. 0287020100002837 along
with interest @ 9% per annum on the principal amount of Rs.5,07,308.60/- w.e.f.
01.12.2023 till its realisation. Costs of the suit to the extent of court fees and
Rs.25,000/- as litigation cost are also awarded to the plaintiff as per law. The
plaintiff has not paid the court fees on the pre-suit interest claimed from 30.11.2023
till date of filing of the suit i.e. 17.05.2024. It is, thus, directed that the decree for
the interest amount shall be executable only subject to deposit of the court fees in
respect of interest amount.
Decree Sheet be prepared accordingly.
File be consigned to Record Room.
